I mixed this up last night for a post-workout portein/carb boost and it really didn’t taste too bad.

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Whey Protein Concentrate (Bob’s Red Mill)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg

Directions:
Mix ingredients together in a bowl and eat.
